What is an Event Like?

2009 Schedule and to Register

Mystery School, Professional Development and Open events all begin at 5:00 PM. Circles of Support meet at 6:00 PM. Events end after lunch on Sunday. The schedule for Open Gatherings can be quite flexible, although it will share many features with the schedule for a Mystery School Intensive. Mystery School intensives will be held every other month this year, and we have added an extra day to many of the weekends so that you’ll get more from your travel dollar. More intense work, more time to integrate the work, more time in community, more fabulous meals, more memories and insights to tuck into the pocket of your soul. Intensives will begin on Thursday or Friday. Plan to arrive after 3:00. Opening session is at 4:30. Circles of Support meet at 6:00, so that everyone knows someone by dinnertime.

Speaking of dinner…meals are made with love and often eaten with the same emotion. Some of our Mysteries come just for the food. Although our menu is omnivore, there will always be vegetarian options. Coffee, tea and fruit are always available. If you have special dietary needs that our kitchen can’t accommodate, we will help you figure out how to provide for yourself during a weekend.

The evening begins by stepping into sacred space, connecting with others and with the story. The evening’s work is followed by dessert. The hot tub is steaming under the stars. All housing is shared. We have women’s space and men’s space. If group size permits, we can provide a private space for couples.

On Saturday (or Friday and Saturday of a four-day weekend); Circles of Support and coffee (or tea) at 9:00, Morning Session at 10:30, Lunch at 12:30 or 1:00. Early afternoon time is free. Visit the creek, walk the labyrinth, take a nap, talk with friends, enjoy the hot tub – it’s up to you. Workshops or presentations on topics of special interest are often offered during this time. The afternoon whole-group session starts at 4:00 or 4:30. Saturday night is traditionally a ritual.

We begin Sunday morning by looking at the pattern of life. Chambers in the nautilus, kingdoms within us – we will build the maze of our identity and explore the relationships of our inner world. Astrological principles tell us as much about the mystery of life as they do about our individual journey. Then, Taking it Home, a session whose name says it all, followed by the closing session.
