The Philosophy of Leadership (Feb 13-15): Client-centered, based on healthy leadership models and open communication – our professional integrity as leaders rises from embodying our values. This weekend we’ll share the six most profound leadership models we have developed in 30 years of offering intense personal and mystical work through classes, workshops, and weekend intensives.

Drum, Trance and Ritual Energetics (April 16-19): Learn the basics of therapeutic language and apply them to trance and guided meditation. We have adapted Ericsonian hypnotherapeutic techniques to group work. Whether it’s a circle of six or a room of 100, you can enable listeners to create their own inner world and discover their personal truth. Learn how to support the subconscious with trance drumming, and how to use a large drum as a tool of life force and energy. The weekend offers a smorgasbord of skills, techniques, and possibilities for creating a transformative experience.

Evolving Spirituality: A Cultural Understanding (May 15-17): If there were a way to understand people, groups or even whole cultures better, would that help us be better leaders? Understanding individual, community and societal patterns can help leaders become more effective. The work of this intensive will involve looking at ourselves as doorways into development. Explore with us how we can grow as leaders by learning a language of cultural patterns and applying these perspectives to our own growth and service.

Commune-ication: Speaking to Gain Understanding & Allow Healing (Aug 7-9): So many reasons to speak. To give information, to incite thought, to build bridges, to make distance, to... Why do you speak? Does what you say and the way you say it fulfill your intention? This weekend, we will unravel the weave of words, learn that “honest” is more powerful than “true”, that authenticity enables us to understand ourselves and be understood by others, and that clarity is the key to collaboration. How do you communicate and, as a leader, how can you communicate better?

The Priestess Intensive (Sept 3-6): Ritual art, ritual skill... what is ritual? A multi-sensorial prayer that lays patterns in our souls. The word “ritual” comes from a Sanskrit root that means Art. The same root also means Order. Art and Order. Ritual has order. That order allows us to give ourselves fully to the moment. Order lulls the analytical mind. It calls the deep-self out to play. Art...in ritual you are the art; we are the art. Performance, prayer, an offering to your community and the divine – learn or refine the skills and philosophies that bring this powerful practice, this magic into your group and your life.

Twelve Opposing Kings: A Mandala for Understanding Group Dynamics (Sept 25-27): Needs and desires; they battle within us, and create conflict between us. They are simply our basic needs – needs that, when recognized, enable us to create and support healthy community. Using the wisdom of astrological patterns, this workshop will enable you to see the complex structure within a conflict and find multiple possibilities for solutions. More importantly, it will enable you to better understand yourself, your needs, and the 12 powerful forces that reign within you, are present at every gathering, and shape our groups and communities.
